Q. Will I have to pay for the initial visit?
A. No, when we meet, our nurse will assess the member in the home who needs the care to create a custom care plan, this will be free for you and your family.

Q. Do I have to have insurance for the services you provide?
A. No you can pay out of pocket for any service we offer.

Q. Will I have multiply caregivers rotating in and out of the home?
A. We would like to match one caregiver to the home to keep the routine, consistency, and trust will all our clients.
Q. What are your hours of operation in the home?
A. We have a minimum of 1 hour per day for each visit. We can provide 24 hours of care in your home if that’s what we decide within your care plan.
Q. Are the caregivers allowed to transport my family member to a doctor’s appointment?
A. Yes, we can transport them anywhere out in the community it just needs to be approved by you and the family.
Q. Can I tip my companion for doing a good job?
A. Our staff are not allowed to accept anything from you or your family. We expect them to complete all task with confidence, integrity, and care! If they are doing well please give us a call at the office so we can recognize them for their hard work.
